ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if payment cannot be verified.

For orders above Rs.15,000, advance payment is required before dispatch.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, national holidays, or due to courier issues beyond our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We do not offer refunds; however, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused and in original condition.
